Learning Outcomes:
The focus of this workshop will be the mining of NGS data, encompassing data QC and experimental design, assembly, alignment, quantification, normalization, variant calling, differential gene expression testing and gene ontology annotation analysis. Data analysis will be done in Galaxy & Linux. RNA sequencing of data analysis will be done in Excel & R language.
